At Noway E-Vendor, we aim to provide reliable and transparent services to our clients. As we primarily offer hardware and vehicle parts, returns and refunds are applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where the service has not been started, and customer dissatisfaction, and in case there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed product on our end.
Any refund request must be raised in writing within 7 days of purchase, along with valid reasons and supporting details.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and verified.
Refund approvals are subject to internal review and verification. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. NoWay E-Wendor reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions. By availing our services, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
Upon successful verification, a refund for the product price will be issued.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed as per applicable RBI guidelines, and it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
