Shipping & Payment Policy

01 Overview

NoWay E-Wendor sells physical motorcycle spare parts and accessories. Order dispatch and estimated delivery times are described below.

02 Order Processing

We endeavour to dispatch all products within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time when placing your order online.

03 Delivery & Confirmation

• Contact our support team if an order is damaged or lost in transit.
• The courier may request a signature or other delivery confirmation when handing over the parcel.
• Delivery confirmation does not prevent you from reporting an incorrect, damaged or defective item under our Return & Refund Policy.
• Please check the parcel and contact support within the return window if there is an issue with the item received.

04 Delivery Charges

• Domestic shipping is free when the product subtotal after discounts is above ₹2,500. For orders of ₹2,500 or less, shipping is ₹120 per order.

05 Additional Charges

• There are no hidden or additional charges.
• The final payable amount, including any applicable shipping charge, is displayed at checkout before payment.

06 Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and our logistics partner’s services.
• We deliver across PAN India.

07 Payment Modes

• We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Pay online using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

08 Payment Terms

We accept payments through secure and authorized online payment gateways. Product prices include applicable taxes. No additional tax is added at checkout. The applicable shipping charge is shown separately before payment.

NoWay E-Wendor does not store sensitive payment information such as card details. Orders awaiting payment confirmation may have delayed processing or dispatch.
