By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.
01 General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
02 Products and Authenticity
- Genuine Parts: Noway e-Wendor sells bike spare parts and accessories. Refer to individual listings for brand, product type and compatibility details.
- Compatibility: While we provide expert support and search filters to help you find the right part, the final responsibility for ensuring compatibility with your specific bike model lies with the customer.
- Installation: We provide spare parts only. We do not provide installation services. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a certified mechanic to ensure safety and maintain vehicle warranties.
03 Pricing and Payments
- Transparent Pricing: Product prices include applicable taxes. Shipping is free above ₹2,500 after discounts and ₹120 for orders of ₹2,500 or less. The final payable amount is displayed at checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept prepaid orders only through the online payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
04 Shipping and Delivery
- Coverage: We provide Pan-India delivery.
- Timeline: While we aim for fast delivery, estimated delivery dates are subject to courier partner schedules and regional restrictions.
- Tracking: After dispatch, view the courier name and tracking number in My Account → Orders → View Order, when updated by our team.
05 Returns and Refunds
- 7-Day Window: You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is incorrect, damaged, defective or does not fit.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Contact support before returning it to confirm the return instructions and address.
- Refunds: Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a refund for the product price will be issued. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for returns caused by a customer's ordering or fitment selection error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to their ordering or fitment selection error. If the issue is our mistake, including an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by us, or incorrect fitment advice from our team, NoWay E-Wendor will cover the return shipping cost. Contact support before shipping the item so we can confirm the return instructions. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. For past Cash on Delivery orders, contact support to confirm the refund payment details.
06 Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the user.
07 Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Noway e-Wendor or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
08 Limitation of Liability
Noway e-Wendor shall not be liable for any damage to the vehicle, personal injury, or loss resulting from the improper installation or misuse of any spare parts purchased from our platform.
09 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts under applicable law.
Noway E-Vendor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any order without prior notice. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
Users must not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Any disputes shall be governed by applicable Indian laws. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
